Weekly New Construction Progress Inspection
Rinehart Real Estate Insp Svc also offers a variant of the phase inspections that provide more frequent visits and commonly called weekly construction monitoring where the inspector visits the project once a week to monitor the work as it progresses. The inspector's findings will be provided in writing to the client, so they can then be forwarded to the builder. This type of inspection has the advantage of inspecting items not otherwise seen. There can be long time intervals between typical phase where a lot of work is completed, such as between pouring the foundation until framing, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing is installed. After that, the next visit is when the building is complete, meaning most of the work goes unnoticed to anyone other than the builder. A final comprehensive home inspection is recommended, and a written report is supplied to the client.
